Plantation Leader; Corn Plantation

Supervise and coordinate daily corn farming activities, including land preparation, planting, fertilization, crop maintenance, and harvesting

Lead and monitor field workers to ensure operations are carried out effectively and according to established procedures

Monitor crop growth, field conditions, productivity, and overall farming activities

Ensure proper use of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and other farming resources

Identify and report crop, pest, disease, and field-related issues to management

Assist in implementing farming plans and achieving production targets

Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly field reports

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and agricultural practices

Coordinate with the Plantation Manager and other relevant teams regarding field operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory/leader position in plantation, agriculture, or farming operations

Experience in corn farming/maize cultivation is highly preferred

Good understanding of corn cultivation and field operations

Able to lead and coordinate field workers effectively

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and initiative

Willing to be based in Konawe Selatan, Southeast Sulawesi

Willing to work in plantation/field environments and adapt to remote working conditions

Able to work independently and as part of a team
