Pest Control Technician

The Role
Working from home and covering your designated local territory, you'll deliver professional pest control services to a diverse customer base, including residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out pest inspections, treatments and preventative pest control services.
Identifying infestations and recommending effective solutions.
Building positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Identifying additional services and sales opportunities, earning 10% commission.
Maintaining accurate service reports and working to industry standards.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience working as a Pest Control Technician.
RSPH Level 2 or BPCA Level 2 qualification in Pest Management (or equivalent).
Good technical knowledge of pest control treatments and legislation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently.
Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary circa £30,000 pro-rata
10% sales commission, typically generating an additional £200–£500 per month.
Company van provided.
Additional earnings available through optional overtime and call-out work.
