• Support daily HSE operations and prevent incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and workplace evaluations
• Drive ergonomics and training initiatives
• Participate in audits and inspections
• Track and analyze HSE data and trends
• Manage environmental compliance, waste, and emissions

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry
• Fluency in English, writing and speaking
• Experience in managing safety in a production environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate with different organizational levels
• Experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System is a plus
