The RCDSO seeks a Complaints Associate for its Professional Conduct and Regulatory Affairs (PCRA) department. In this role, you will investigate public complaints against dentists, communicating effectively with all parties involved. Your case management skills will ensure timely progress while preparing materials for the ICR Committee’s review.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate public complaints against dentists
• Communicate with complainants and witnesses
• Prepare investigation plans and materials for review
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Training in investigative techniques
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures
