Position: Full-Time TMF Associate Role
Join our TMF Operations team as a TMF Associate, dedicated to successful Trial Master File management. Enjoy a remote work environment while ensuring TMF compliance and integrity.

In this full-time role, the TMF Associate is essential in managing the TMF content from initiation to archiving. You’ll work closely with study teams to address TMF-related findings, develop oversight documents, and ensure thorough training to stakeholders. This position requires attention to detail and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for assigned TMF studies

• Ensure TMF is complete and ready for inspections

• Develop study-specific TMF management oversight documents

• Conduct periodic quality control and inventories

• Process and review TMF documents according to best practices

Requirements:

• College diploma/degree with 1-3 years’ relevant experience

• Understanding of TMF and applicable regulations

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Remote work flexibility with occasional office visits
