About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly qualified Hygiene Compliance Officer to oversee and ensure adherence to hygiene standards across their operations, operating remotely. - Develop, review, and update hygiene policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct remote audits and assessments to ensure consistent compliance with established hygiene standards.
- Investigate and report on any deviations from hygiene protocols, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide expert advice and training to staff on hygiene practices, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant legislation and industry standards, ensuring the company remains ahead of compliance requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management , hygiene, or sanitation, preferably within a regulated industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., HACCP, food safety standards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively in a remote work setting .
