About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Hygiene and Compliance Officer to join their operations team. This pivotal role, based entirely remotely, will oversee and enforce hygiene standards and regulatory compliance across various client sites and internal operations, regardless of physical location. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring robust hygiene protocols, ensuring all activities align with industry best practices and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of hygiene management systems, and the ability to drive compliance through remote communication and auditing. This is a unique opportunity to shape and maintain high standards from a distance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures for diverse operational environments.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments of client sites and internal processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze compliance data and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to on-site teams regarding hygiene best practices and regulatory requirements via virtual channels.
• Stay abreast of evolving health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the company's operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

• Proven experience in hygiene management , regulatory compliance, or a related field, preferably with a focus on multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, project management, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
