About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Remote Sanitation Coordinator to manage and enhance sanitation programs for their facilities, with a focus on operations in Centurion . This position is entirely remote, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate diverse tasks virtually. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sanitation standards are met, coordinating with on-site teams, managing supplies, and implementing new initiatives to improve hygiene and safety protocols.

- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of sanitation protocols across multiple assigned locations.
- Manage the inventory and efficient distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Conduct virtual inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Develop training materials and conduct remote training sessions for staff on sanitation procedures.
- Track key performance indicators related to sanitation and generate regular reports for management.
- 3+ years of experience in sanitation, cleaning management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating tasks or teams remotely.
- Solid understanding of sanitation principles, health regulations, and safety best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and software for task management and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote interaction.
