About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Hygiene Compliance Officer to join their expanding team. This role is crucial for ensuring that all operational sites adhere to stringent hygiene and sanitation standards, primarily through remote monitoring and virtual engagement. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing compliance programs, conducting virtual audits, and providing guidance to on-site personnel.

• Develop and maintain robust hygiene and sanitation compliance programs aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular virtual audits and inspections of facilities to assess adherence to sanitation protocols.
• Investigate and address any non-compliance issues promptly, recommending and overseeing corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to on-site staff on proper sanitation procedures and compliance requirements via virtual platforms.
• Stay updated on evolving health and safety regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and recommendations for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, sanitation, or quality assurance roles, preferably with remote oversight.
• Thorough knowledge of local and international health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide others remotely.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing, reporting software, and other digital tools for virtual collaboration and monitoring.
