Estates & Facilities Consultant

An experienced Estates & Facilities Consultant is required to support a national healthcare estates organisation on an initial three-month contract. The role is predominantly home based, with regular travel across the South East and occasional travel to Wales and the Midlands.

You'll carry out site audits, support estates compliance and maintain key documentation across maintenance, minor works, capital and RAAC activity. Strong knowledge of healthcare technical standards and statutory compliance is essential.

• Conduct site audits covering maintenance quality, minor works and health and safety.
• Support RAMS documentation across estates, capital and RAAC works.
• Review and develop compliance policies, procedures and emergency plans.
• Audit estates documentation against HTMs, HBNs, CQC and BSEN requirements.
• Maintain statutory certificates, insurance documentation and other compliance evidence.
• Track remedial actions, maintain updates and elevate outstanding issues where required.
• Analyse compliance data and prepare concise reports for senior management.

• Proven estates and facilities auditing experience within healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, CQC, BSEN and statutory requirements.
• Experience preparing or managing RAMS and other compliance documentation.
• Strong record-keeping skills with experience maintaining statutory compliance evidence.
• Ability to analyse compliance data and produce clear management reports.
• Experience with RAAC or capital works compliance would be advantageous.

• £300 £ 400 per day.
• Initial three-month contract with potential for extension.
