- Conduct remote assessments of facility hygiene and sanitation protocols, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop comprehensive, site-specific hygiene and sanitation plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide expert recommendations on cleaning chemicals, equipment, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advise on best practices for waste management, pest control, and infection prevention within facility environments.
- Deliver remote training sessions and resources to on-site teams on proper hygiene techniques and safety compliance.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in facility hygiene and sanitation.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in facility management, sanitation, or a related hygiene consulting role.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning science , microbial control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., health codes, safety standards).
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective hygiene strategies in diverse environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical solutions.
- Excellent remote communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.
- Experience with digital tools for remote assessment, reporting, and team collaboration.
