Manager, Manufacturing Science & Technology, supporting the development and commercialization of rAAV-based gene therapies.

• oversee end-to-end technology transfer from process development to GMP manufacturing, including process validation, batch record review, process monitoring, deviation management, change control, and supply chain risk mitigation
• act as a technical interface between Process Development, CMC, and manufacturing teams.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in biotech, chemical, or pharmaceutical engineering;
• hands-on GMP manufacturing experience, particularly with upstream suspension cell culture (HEK
  293) and ultracentrifugation;
• strong knowledge of gene therapy regulatory requirements;
• excellent communication skills;
• ability to work independently in a remote setting with occasional global travel (up to 40%).
