• Conduct thorough site assessments and audits to identify sanitation risks and opportunities.
• Research and stay updated on the latest sanitation technologies, chemicals, and regulatory changes.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on sanitation procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, and management, to integrate sanitation plans.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and documentation for sanitation program implementation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all sanitation practices align with local and international health and safety standards.

• Proven experience in sanitation management, program development, or a related consultative role.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleaning technologies, and microbial control.
• Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in developing training programs and conducting workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Food Science, Biology, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
