- Support onboarding processes and identify training needs.
- Ensure SOPs and work instructions are current and practical.
- Degree or training with relevant experience.
- Digital affinity, process orientation, and structured work style.
- Fluent German required;
English and/or Dutch beneficial. - Holiday pay (8% of gross salary).
- Fitness room and mental health support.
