Senior Clinical Trial Manager; CTM); Fully Remote

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials across US and international sites.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements from study design to final reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage study start-up, regulatory submissions, and TMF readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver studies on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate study risks, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field plus 5+ years of clinical trial management experience.
• Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory standards.
• Strong project leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
• Annual base salary of $168,000-$188,000 USD.
• Remote work within the US, with travel to Boston as needed.
