Our client is seeking a QA/QC Manager to help ensure their products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s passionate about quality, detail‑oriented, and eager to make an impact on products (consumer kitchen electrics brand) that families use every day.
This role is on‑site Monday‑Thursday (work from home on Fridays) in Newark, New Jersey

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Create and execute testing plans to confirm product performance and compliance.
• Investigate customer returns and warranty claims to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Track and resolve open or past‑due return inquiries with urgency.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Customer Service, and overseas manufacturing teams to drive product improvements.
• Conduct regular product performance audits and maintain all quality and compliance data.
• Prepare and present quality reports and recommendations to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control or product testing.
• Proven experience developing and implementing QC/QA standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical product safety and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
