, a company reinventing credit with a commitment to transparency and fairness. Our Customer Operations Team is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated Associate to champion label accuracy and enhance the quality of cases worked as part of the Quality Assurance team.

The position focuses on monitoring and improving label accuracy within internal fraud operations teams as well as external vendors. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to improve visibility into accuracy and ensure overall case quality. Approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to production to stay current with trends, issues, and workflows.

• Identify knowledge gaps through analysis and QA
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team and Fraud Operations Leadership to strengthen training and coaching initiatives
• Regularly monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback to Fraud Operations Teams on performance
• Document findings and elevate them to Leadership as appropriate
• Stay informed about the latest fraud trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve fraud prevention efforts
• Demonstrate punctuality and responsiveness in a remote work setting
• Maintain daily expected cases volume with an accuracy score of 98%+

• 3+ years of Fraud experience, preferably within fintech
• 1+ year of Quality Assurance experience, preferably within fintech
• Ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate with leadership
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to recognize and address fraud trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Proven track record of identifying and resolving quality issues and driving process improvements
• Focused, self‑motivated, reliable, and able to stay on task independently
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
• Experience with industry‑specific tools and standards such as Salesforce, TLO, Trans Union, Lexis Nexis, Ekata, Emailage, Looker, Snowflake, Netverify, and Onfido

Affirm’s compensation includes base pay, equity rewards, monthly health, wellness, and tech stipends, and benefits such as 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for employees and dependents.

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $70,000 – $90,000 per year.
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $62,000 – $82,000 per year.
Employees new to Affirm typically start at the beginning of the pay range.
