• Perform a variety of quality control tests/inspections on products, materials, parts, assemblies, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
• Record data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards/specifications.
• Participate in meetings and monitor hold activity, logs, etc.
• Investigate customer complaints and returns.
• Provide product failure analysis support.
• Participate in problem prevention planning to communicate, evaluate and prevent/resolve quality problems.
• Recommend modifications to existing products or suggest new standards, methods, and procedures. Coordinate internal auditing process, conducting audits and following up on audit activity.
• Calibrate gauges and test equipment as required by calibration schedules.
• Apply basic skills with opportunity to develop advanced skills. Duties and tasks are standardized.
• Resolve routine questions and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level employees.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).
