Data Quality Analyst

Our client, a leader in innovative AR/VR technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Data Quality Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will support the Product Data Operations team, playing a vital role in developing avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Location: Onsite, Burlingame, CA (potential for hybrid after training)

Contract Length: 12 months with likely extension

Pay Rate: $22/hour

• Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits to ensure high standards.
• Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform weekly quality assurance audits of data collected by internal and external teams.
• Compile weekly reports highlighting trends and issues in data collection processes.
• Drive project success by providing continuous feedback and engaging in program monitoring to identify best practices for quality improvement.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including writing formulas in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Willingness to work onsite as required.
