This position requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective quality assurance practices across our operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
• Strong understanding of ABA documentation standards and clinical workflows.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and supportive manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
