• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy with the ability to document findings and use testing tools.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently while working remotely.
• Comfortable providing constructive feedback and product reviews.

• Prior experience in product testing, QA, or customer feedback roles is a plus but not mandatory
