• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee and manage testing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance activities.
• Prepare and document test plans, cases, and reports, providing clear insights into testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
• Provide guidance and support for junior testers and stakeholders regarding best QA practices.

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional testing experience in software quality assurance.
• At least 5 years of practical project experience in test management.
• ISTQB Certification in Test Management.
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Expleo-Test, Imbus Test Bench, Jira/Confluence, and micro
  
  Tool Instep Blue.
• Fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
