In this position as Lead Auditor

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  Experience:
  
  Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within the industrial sector.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Croatian and English
  .
• Auditing Expertise: Certified Lead Auditor for recognized schemes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), ideally with at least 2 years of hands-on auditing experience.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, applying a first-principles approach to problem-solving.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

• Mobility & Flexibility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the country and region, including overnight stays and occasional travel outside normal working hours.
