A national apprenticeship and training provider is seeking a Director of Quality & Compliance to lead the quality, compliance, and funding assurance during a crucial expansion phase. This role involves direct accountability for quality education and compliance oversight for approximately 1,800 apprenticeship learners. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a Nominee, leading ESFA funding assurance reviews, and ensuring inspection readiness.
This fully remote position allows for significant influence and strategic leadership within a supportive organization focused on growth.
