Quality Assurance SPV; Remote

This position is remote, you will have high mobility to travel domestically in Indonesia to inspect clients. Please apply if you are open and able to work with high mobility and to travel.

• Inspect finished seafood products, including frozen shrimp, frozen tuna, other fish species, and refrigerated pasteurized crab meat.
• Ensure products meet company specifications, food safety standards, and FDA regulations.
• Review laboratory results and verify compliance.
• Document inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate findings with internal teams and suppliers; report major issues to management.
• Support FDA Seafood HACCP compliance (21 CFR Part 123).
• Travel domestically to supplier and processing facilities, including extended stays when required.
• Complete related administrative work in ERP systems and online portals.
• Assist with processing reviews, facility audits, and regulatory audits.
• Attend weekly Quality Assurance meetings.

• Strong written and spoken English (must communicate with QA Manager in Thailand).
• Experience inspecting seafood products (frozen shrimp, frozen fish, and pasteurized crab meat preferred).
• Experience in seafood processing or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of FDA Seafood HACCP regulations, food safety, and sanitation practices

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
