The QA Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance team in ensuring that all products and services meet high-quality standards before delivery. This role involves managing QA processes, developing testing strategies, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting

• Comfortable working U.S. hours
• Remote work from home
