A well-established manufacturing business in Dorset is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their senior leadership team. This role involves leading the Quality Management System, developing a quality strategy, and driving continuous improvement across the operation. Candidates should have proven experience in quality leadership, a strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools, and a hands-on approach to improvement.
The position offers a salary of £50,000 – £55,000 and some home working flexibility.
