As a QA Engineer, you will have a hands-on role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software platform. You will engage in manual testing, build automated test cases using Playwright, and provide direct support to our platform customers. Your insights will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and quality advocacy within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive test plans and execute testing

• Automate testing processes to enhance efficiency

• Identify, document, and track software defects

• Collaborate on customer support requests

• Maintain QA documentation and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional QA experience

• Proficiency in writing automated tests with Playwright

• Familiarity with CI/CD and API testing tools

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Prior experience in fintech or regulated industries
