Position: Remote Quality Assurance Specialist Role
Aislelabs is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen platform quality in a fully remote global team. Apply your testing expertise and automate workflows in a SaaS environment.

This specialist position emphasizes ownership of test planning, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes. As part of the Engineering division, you will work closely with Dev Ops and product teams to ensure quality assurance is embedded from development to release stages. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance testing approaches is a strong asset in this rapidly growing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine QA strategies for software products

• Design, execute, and maintain diverse test cases

• Conduct thorough regression and performance testing

• Manage defect logging and prioritization in Jira

• Validate UI/UX implementations for user experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a QA position

• Expertise in API testing and automation tools

• Understanding of agile methodologies and Jira usage

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Proficient in creating detailed test documentation
