  • Experience investigating non-conformances and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and internal teams globally
  • Ability to understand technical data, drawings, and specifications
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for quality
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems

In return we are offering:

  • A competitive salary package (dependent on skills and experience)
  • Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 2 days working from home, 3 days on site
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Enhanced pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Cycle to work scheme
