Senior QA Engineer

Position: Senior QA Engineer in Hybrid Role
Questrade is looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a focus on AI-assisted testing in a hybrid role. Join us to ensure top quality in banking systems and drive automation forward.

In this position, you will oversee quality assurance for Questbank's operations and B2B services while mentoring junior analysts. Your expertise in advanced automation tools will streamline testing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance our banking offerings and mentoring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an automation-first testing framework for banking

• Conduct tests across payment and account functionalities

• Manage defects and quality gates in CI/CD workflows

• Provide mentorship on automation tools

• Use Datadog for monitoring and root-cause analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering

• 5–7 years of Software QA experience with automation

• At least 2 years in Banking or related fields

• Proficiency in Playwright and AI coding tools

• Understanding of AML and KYC compliance standards
