In this full-time position, you will lead the Quality Assurance team within the Digital Solutions and Technology division. Your expertise ensures regulatory compliance while conducting audits and managing CAPA. Collaborate on operational goals and mentor staff in Valuable Manufacturing Practices and QMS requirements to foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Quality Assurance team in DST division
• Ensure compliance through audits and CAPA management
• Conduct thorough risk assessments on processes
• Oversee data validation and operational alignment
• Mentor staff on manufacturing practices and QMS
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years in QA and IT within GxP
• At least 5 years in a quality assurance role
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
