Experienced Federal Case Reviewer

Enhance national security as an Experienced Case Reviewer. This remote position requires detailed review and analysis of background investigations for federal roles.

In this essential role, you will ensure that investigations meet compliance standards and are submitted accurately and timely. Collaborating with field investigators, your task includes providing critical feedback and guidance on DHS requirements to improve overall investigation quality. A detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills are vital for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review investigations to ensure compliance with DHS guidelines

• Assist investigators with quality review processes

• Communicate trends in submissions and support training

• Work alongside QA teams to ensure high standards

• Conduct necessary follow-ups on submissions

Requirements:

• 12 months' experience in background investigation reviews

• Maintain a current T5 or T5R security clearance

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required

• U.S. Citizenship necessary for federal work

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills
