Technical Compliance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Compliance Administrator to join a global food business supplying high-quality products to major retailers across the UK and Europe. You can work from home 1 day per week!
This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented technical professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and food safety legislation. You will play a key role in maintaining technical documentation, supporting audits, and helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage supplier technical documentation, specifications, policies, and procedures
Ensure suppliers compliance with customer codes of practice, retailer standards, and regulatory requirements
Support internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Monitor supplier compliance and maintain relevant approval documentation
Review and update HACCP documentation and risk assessments
Assist with supplier questionnaires, technical enquiries, and compliance requests
Track and report key technical and compliance metrics
Support the wider Technical team in maintaining BRCGS and food safety standards
Stay informed of changes to legislation, retailer requirements, and industry best practices
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a Technical, Quality, Compliance, or Food Safety role in the food manufacturing
Good understanding of food safety, quality and retailer standards
Experience working with BRCGS, HACCP, and customer codes of practice
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across departments
