The Edu Nanny® Childminding Audit, Safety & QA Officer is responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across home-based and centre-based childminding environments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits, site visits, and quality assurance checks across programmes
- Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and Edu Nanny® standards
- Monitor safety, hygiene, and care practices across all environments
- Support onboarding, training, and performance improvement of childminders
- Handle escalations, incident reporting, and follow-up actions
- Maintain structured documentation and operational reporting
- Experience in early childhood, childcare operations, or related fields
- Familiarity with ECDA regulations and compliance standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently across multiple locations
- Meaningful role shaping quality and standards in childcare
