Quality Sourcing Specialist

Location: Cermenate

Overview  We are looking for a Quality Sourcing Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Department in the business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
Responsibilities   Ensure supplier qualification and monitoring, guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety standards through audits, performance evaluation, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to manage risks proactively.
Manage the supplier homologation process in line with regulations and internal standards.
Plan and conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and follow up on corrective actions.
Oversee key operational activities (production, shipments, incoming goods) to ensure quality compliance.
Support suppliers on quality and food safety topics, including new product launches.
Manage customer complaints and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and update supplier documentation, KPIs, and reports.
Join the Quality Team at the Cermenate (CO) plant, reporting to the Quality Sourcing Manager Europe & AO.
Qualities & Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in a food-related field.
2-3 years of experience in quality, production, or supplier management.
Knowledge of quality systems and food safety standards (ISO, BRC, IFS, HACCP).
Experience in auditing and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and ability to work in international environments.
