Location: Greater London
PPL is seeking a Training & QA Coordinator to support training, quality assurance and service improvement within the Member Services team in London. The role reports to the Training & QA Manager and focuses on coordinating programmes, maintaining records and assisting with QA reviews.
Hybrid in London with minimum 3 days in office. The team delivers training resources, audits and performance reporting across multiple stakeholders in the music industry.
