Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager to join the Regulation and Quality Improvement Team. The role is home-based with regular travel across the south of England, requiring a full UK driving licence and occasional overnight stays.
You will support the Lead Manager and Director to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvements across the business, delivering against the annual QIR and shaping policies and guidance.
