Position: Senior Health and Safety Coordinator Hybrid Role
Take a leadership role as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor in a hybrid capacity, supporting crisis management and safety audits across Québec. Drive improvements in safety management systems.

Reporting to the Director of the Centre of Excellence, your role involves key responsibilities in audits, investigations, and crisis management. With 5-10 years of experience in the construction sector, you will coordinate effective responses during major incidents and support project teams in identifying root causes. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct response efforts during incidents and crises

• Advise teams and stakeholders effectively

• Conduct routine audits to ensure health and safety compliance

• Analyze incidents, suggesting sustainable corrective actions

• Participate in the maintenance of crisis management processes

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma

• 5-10 years of experience with safety management

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety systems

• Experience preferred in construction settings

• Willing to travel within Québec and nationally
