Position: QA Analyst at Traction Rec, Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product team to validate solutions

• Plan and define test suites in advance

• Provide quality insights in daily interactions with Development

• Conduct manual testing on new features and fixes

• Document changes, configuration, and known issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years in QA roles

• Proven detail-oriented approach to testing

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written

• Quick learner of new tools and systems

• Experience in defining QA processes
