The Law Society is seeking an Investigations Quality Assurance Officer to join the Investigations directorate. You will review investigation files, analyse QA findings, and help ensure investigations meet standards and regulatory requirements.
You will produce high-quality analysis and reports, identify trends and risks, and support continuous improvement across teams. The role reports to the Lead Knowledge and Development Manager and offers a hybrid working pattern with some home working.
