Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance in multi-centre cancer trials
• Conduct quality control and audits
• Monitor trial data integrity and outcomes
• Educate team members on best practices
• Oversee assistant monitor workflows
Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant field required
• Minimum 2-3 years in clinical research or quality assurance
• Proficient in IT systems for compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across North America
