This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact energy project. If you're passionate about driving high standards, delivering meaningful impact, and being part of something that truly matters – we'd love to hear from you.

Our work powers progress, connects communities, and leaves a lasting legacy. With sustainability, innovation, and quality at the heart of everything we do, we're proud to lead some of the UK's most critical infrastructure developments.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing quality leadership to deliver the Quality Strategy
  • Establish a Right First‑Time culture on the project, utilising the BB Group material.
  • Prepare, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan(s) and associated processes that deliver Right First Time to project specification and requirements.
  • Produce project Assurance Plan(s) to support the delivery of project deliverables, handover, and Health & Safety File requirements.
  • Establish quality‑related training, coaching & skills processes so that the project teams understand and manage the delivery quality expectations.
  • Drive the quality metrics and monitoring and reporting on project performance relating to quality and agree (and monitor) management actions to drive performance improvements.
  • Conduct audits, surveillances, and site quality tours, reporting on the results, and managing findings to closure.
  • Interface with audit function to support local processes.
  • Support the business unit external accreditation process (including ISO
9001 and industry licences) to ensure it can operate in its chosen sector.
  • Undertake investigations and implement effective root‑cause analysis where applicable.
  • Support the construction team in establishing inspection and test plans, through training, and progressive reviewing and commenting.
  • Establish an approach to manage quality‑related matters with the Supply Chain, including delivering training on specialist quality subjects.
