We're looking for a Quality Manager to join a brilliant Warwick based business.

Salary: £35,000-£45,000
Working pattern: full time 4 days on site, 1 day working from home

The role oversees quality risk, compliance and customer escalations, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with customer facing technical teams, Product Management, Group functions and production, the Quality Manager acts as the primary internal point of contact for technical product and quality queries, providing technical quality expertise and supporting effective issue resolution.
The role also leads quality performance monitoring, product compliance activities, reporting, governance and communication to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain quality processes aligned with Group standards and UK business requirements.
- Lead the management of quality issues, assessing risk, coordinating investigations and ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated quality concerns, managing customer communications, field actions and recalls where required.
- Drive resolution of quality issues through effective collaboration with internal teams, Group functions and external stakeholders.
- Monitor quality performance, analyse trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues and improve customer experience.
- Produce quality KPI reporting and chair regular quality review meetings to track issues, actions, risks and financial exposure.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained for all quality incidents, investigations and corrective actions.
- Manage quality and compliance activities, including attending association meetings, product approvals, certifications, testing programmes and regulatory requirements.
- Support stock inspections, quality alerts, product rework programmes and product fitness for sale assessments.
- Provide technical quality support to Sales, Aftersales and Customer Service teams, resolving product related queries and supporting customer issue resolution.
- Support the development of technical documentation, training materials and quality guidance across the business.
- Act as the primary internal contact for technical product and quality queries, supporting customer-facing teams and escalating complex issues where required.
- Conduct customer and site visits as required to investigate and resolve complex quality concerns.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organisation
