Job Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) across the Home Office and Ras Laffan site
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, surveillance programs, and QA QC procedures
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, project specifications, and industry standards
- Lead and manage the Project Quality Team, providing technical guidance and performance oversight
- Monitor EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Third-Party Inspectors to ensure quality compliance
- Manage quality audits, inspections, NCRs, technical deviations, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning teams
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and proactively identify and mitigate quality risks
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science;
Quality, Welding, or NDE certifications are preferred - Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or EPC industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), QA/QC processes, audits, inspections, and contractor quality management
- Experience managing EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Sound knowledge of international quality standards and project specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience on large-scale LNG/Oil & Gas projects; GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage
