Essential Criteria Must have previous experience managing and coordinating an externally certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Proven experience in compliance, quality, governance or management systems roles Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written communication and documentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What you'll do Coordinate and maintain the organisation's compliance, quality and governance systems Support external accreditation schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and SEQOHS Assist with internal and external audits, evidence gathering and follow-up actions Develop and review policies, procedures and standard operating protocols Monitor improvement actions, incidents, risks and non-conformances Support data protection, information governance and security activities Contribute to management reporting, KPI tracking and driving continuous improvement initiatives For further information on this opportunity, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential discussion today.
