Shaw Trust is seeking a Quality Development Manager to drive continuous quality improvement across Homes2
Inspire. You will work with Operations Managers, Regional Directors, Registered Home Managers and the QA Team to build capability and sustain high standards of care.
The role focuses on quality development, acts as a critical friend to leaders, and supports services in responding to assurance findings, inspections, audits and performance data to embed a culture of improvement.
