In this key position, you will utilize your 5+ years of QA expertise in testing SaaS/cloud applications. Partnering closely with developers and product managers, you will clarify requirements and design comprehensive test plans. This role ensures customers receive effective solutions by evaluating various scenarios and prioritizing automated testing based on client impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive test scenarios pre-UAT

• Collaborate with developers on requirement gaps

• Break down specifications to actionable test plans

• Manage bug triage during UAT

• Investigate automation failures and report results

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance for SaaS applications

• Strong end-to-end testing experience

• API testing proficiency with Postman

• Agile methodology familiarity

• Ability to coordinate testing during high-visibility phases
