Adecco is recruiting a Quality Lead for a regulatory body to join a newly formed Quality Assurance team. The role ensures the quality of decision‑making and wider casework.
You will lead QA activities, contribute to policy reviews, run assurance exercises and provide training for new and existing caseworkers.
This fully remote position requires delivering against targets and KPI excellence to maintain high standards across the organisation.
