About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Remote Quality Control Analyst to contribute to their robust manufacturing quality assurance framework. This position involves analyzing product data, ensuring compliance with standards, and identifying areas for quality improvement, all from a remote location. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our products, collaborating virtually with production and engineering teams to uphold the highest quality benchmarks.
This role is perfect for an individual who excels in data analysis and quality assurance principles, supporting operations across various sites, including those in Randburg .
- Analyze production data and quality reports to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
- Conduct virtual audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on product quality performance and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Statistics, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing context.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective remote collaboration and reporting, supporting teams in and around Randburg .
